In this document, "we", "us" or "Youth" refers to Youth Srl; "user", "customer" or "you" refers to anyone accessing or using the Site.

By using the Site and placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not accept the Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Purpose

These Terms govern access to and use of the Site, as well as the distance sale of products offered by Youth Srl through the Site, in accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and the Italian E-Commerce Decree (Legislative Decree 70/2003), which implement EU consumer protection law.

Products sold on the Site are primarily intended for end consumers. A "consumer" means a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession.

3. User account

You may place an order by creating an account on the Site or by checking out as a guest. You agree to provide truthful, up-to-date and complete information when registering, and to keep your login credentials confidential. Youth Srl is not responsible for unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4. Products, availability and prices

Product images and descriptions on the Site are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product, in particular due to the display settings of the device used.

All products are subject to availability. Youth Srl reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the sale of a product at any time, including after an order has been placed, promptly notifying the customer and, where necessary, refunding any amount already paid.

Prices shown on the Site are in Euro (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs, if not included in the price, are shown separately before the order is placed. Youth Srl reserves the right to change prices at any time; the price applied will be the one shown at the time the order is submitted.

5. Payment methods

Payments on the Site can be made via:

• Shopify Payments (credit/debit cards)
• PayPal
• Klarna (deferred or installment payment, subject to Klarna's own terms)

Payment data is processed directly by the payment service providers through secure connections; Youth Srl does not store full credit card details. Charges are made when the order is confirmed, unless a different arrangement applies under the chosen payment provider (e.g. Klarna).

6. Conclusion of the contract

An order placed through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is considered concluded when Youth Srl sends the customer an order confirmation email. Youth Srl reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of product unavailability, anomalies in the data provided by the customer, or reasonable suspicion of fraud, notifying the customer and, where applicable, refunding any amount already paid.

7. Shipping and delivery

Youth Srl ships its products worldwide, using the couriers and rates set out in the Shipping Policy. Delivery times, methods and any applicable costs are shown on the Site at checkout and may vary by destination.

The risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer once they, or a third party designated by them, take physical possession of the goods, except where the customer independently chooses a carrier outside the options offered by Youth Srl.

8. Right of withdrawal and returns

Under Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code, customers who qualify as consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by them, takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Youth Srl of their decision by sending a clear statement to store@youthsrl.com, indicating the order number and the products concerned, or by using the return process available in their customer account, as described in our Refund Policy.

Products must be returned in unused, undamaged condition, complete with all parts, packaging and original tags, within 14 days of communicating the withdrawal. Full details on return costs, exchange options and refund timelines — including cases where return shipping costs are charged to the customer and cases where returns are free — are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Refunds are made using the same payment method used by the customer for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed, and within the timelines specified in the Refund Policy.

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases set out in Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (for example: goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery).

9. Legal warranty of conformity

All products sold on the Site are covered by the legal warranty of conformity under Articles 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code, protecting consumers against defects existing at the time of delivery that appear within the statutory time limits.

To make a warranty claim, the customer must contact Youth Srl at store@youthsrl.com, describing the defect and attaching proof of purchase.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including, without limitation, text, images, logos, trademarks, graphics and software — is owned by Youth Srl or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use of this content is prohibited without the prior written consent of Youth Srl.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Youth Srl is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use, or inability to use, the Site or products purchased, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law.

12. Privacy and personal data

The processing of personal data provided by users is governed by the Site's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be consulted for details on purposes, processing methods and data subject rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

13. Changes to these Terms

Youth Srl reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, by publishing the updated version on the Site. Changes do not apply to orders already confirmed before they take effect. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes concerning the interpretation, performance or validity of these Terms, if the customer qualifies as a consumer, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy. For customers who do not qualify as consumers, the Court of Milan has exclusive jurisdiction.

Under EU Regulation 524/2013, EU-resident consumers are informed that, in the event of a dispute, they may use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
