Shipping policy

Shipping times

Orders are processed the day after they are received (except for orders confirmed on Friday and Saturday, which will be shipped on the following Monday, and national holidays).

Once our courier has picked up your shipment, you will receive the tracking number via SMS or email, which will allow you to follow your shipment in real time and, if necessary, make changes to the delivery time or day.

Once the carrier takes charge of a shipment, any delivery delays cannot be predicted and are entirely beyond our control. For any issue related to a shipment that has already been dispatched, we recommend contacting FedEx customer support directly via the chat available on their website at www.fedex.com.

If you do not receive the tracking number from the courier, you can request it directly from our Customer Service. All orders are fulfilled only after verifying the actual availability of the product and the payment. Should any errors or issues occur in the fulfillment of your order, the amount charged will be refunded to you.

Please note that during sale periods or Limited Edition releases, delivery times may be delayed due to high demand.

Customs duties

Orders shipped to non-EU countries may be subject to taxes and customs duties. Any taxes and duties requested by the courier upon delivery are determined by the destination non-EU country and are entirely beyond our control. Payment of such customs duties is always the customer's responsibility.

Couriers and destination countries

Delivery in Italy within 24/48 hours – 48/72 hours (Southern Italy/Islands)

• Italy: orders of €80 or more free; orders under €80: €10
• Europe (EU, Switzerland, Norway): orders of €170 or more free; orders under €170: €20
• US, Canada: orders of €170 or more free; orders under €170: €30
• UK*: free for every order equal to or above €200
• Asia: orders of €170 or more free; orders under €170: €40
• Africa: orders of €170 or more free; orders under €170: €40
• Rest of the world: orders of €170 or more free; orders under €170: €40

*UK: orders under €200 cannot be processed due to customs restrictions.
