With the SS15 season IUTER presents a new collection built on a single theme called 'Human Engineering'. Revisiting classical concepts regarding the relationship between man and machine (and its extensions, as creativity vs technique), this season the brand has developed a conceptual path that not only affects graphics and textures, but it is also reflected in the color palette, in materials and techniques.
Geometric shapes can be found on graphic details and inserts; the color palette is based on primary colors such as white, red, yellow and blue, while the mix of materials combines classic and natural elements like cotton and jacquard with more innovative fabrics and techniques such as sublimation on polyester, hot pressed neoprene, padded mesh and laser drilling.
Human's ideas, forms and processes developed through the use of materials and techniques made possible by the mechanics and technology. This is the concept behind the new IUTER collection, designed and produced exclusively in Italy since 2002.
