Spring/Summer 2024 pushes IUTER's apparel and accessories offerings one step further: iconic silhouettes from sportswear, workwear and army wear traditions are transformed and renewed using prints, embroideries and special processing perfected over more than two decades of history, during which the brand has chronicled Milanese street culture and shaped a fiercely independent aesthetic.
A color palette infused with earth and nature tones - interrupted only by the yellow that has always been a symbol of IUTER – dress up über-classic silhouettes such as hoodies, crewneck sweatshirts, T-shirts, sport shirts and sweaters. All of those garments go through a process of metamorphosis and rebirth thanks to the work of IUTER's creative team, which expands each season while preserving the same attitude and vision of day one.
Seasonal motifs include many references to the animal world, as it has always reflected IUTER's pack mentality – as collaboration for survival and success, not of the single one, but of all; floral motifs are also featured, mixed with impactful graphic elements; logos research is inspired by Milan's history and the subcultures that inhabit the city, with obvious and inevitable references to the '90s/'00s period. The historic Diamond Logo is present of course, and here it finds new life in an all-chromed-out liquid metal version. The outerwear collection is extremely focused and diversified: it includes technical garments and work jackets, in addition to the usual seasonal Varsity Jacket, this year featuring floral embroidery.
It is obvious at first glance that the bottomwear catalog has become much wider this year: in addition to the classic, French terry-based sportswear models which have always been IUTER's core business, workwear silhouettes in ultra-durable canvas and army-derived silhouettes in ripstop fabric are claiming more and more space. But the real star of the collection is actually denim: after an highly appreciated debut last spring, a year later many new variants are now available in two different fits (regular and loose), all showing the utmost attention to materials and construction. All denim garments are 100% Made in Italy, of course.
